PRICE

All prices and transactions are in US dollars, calculated at the F.O.B. Thailand rate. Prices are subject to adjustments without prior notice.

PAYMENT

40% of total purchase amount is required for confirming the order and starting production. The balance is payable before shipping when the order is completed Payment can be done by:

• T/T Bank transfer (telegraphic transfer with SWIFT code) for regular order
• Pay Pal for small amount

SHIPPING

Online order shipping by DHL, shipping rates are shown when you check out. For other courier such as; UPS, TNT, EMS, or air freight, sea freight, please contact sales team.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs, handling costs and insurance fee (if customer request) Sales team will confirm the shipping charge when the order is ready to ship.

      

MINIMUM ORDER (WHOLESALE)

Minimum order is US$500 excluding shipping and handling costs.

• 25 or 50 pieces /design (up to product category): Item Jewelry
• 15 or 20 displays /design: Packed item or full Display with Jewelry (BSCS, SESD, NSB, SNSF)

** Production period is around 3-4 weeks after we have received the deposit.

After you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic email from us confirming the order. Our sales team will get in touch with you as soon as we receive your request.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final; Detective items must be returned within 7 days after receipt with prior RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) provided by Royisal Co., Ltd.

All incorrect items or shortages must be reported and please provide the number of the order in question when contacting the Royisal sale team.

Packaging and return instructions;

Royisal sales team will inform you of packaging and return instructions upon providing you RMA number.

All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please be aware that no credits or refunds will be issued.

Please allow 30 days for us to receive and process your return. 25% of restocking fee will be charged on all return unless agreed upon in advance. Delivery and shipping charges will not be refunded.
